After being knocked down by a carload of vigilantes who were apparently chasing a stolen car, a young motorbike rider died. When she was thrown off her bike on Ross River Road in Townsville just before 10 pm on Friday, Jennifer Board, 22, had just finished a group ride with colleagues.

For four years, she had been evicted from her home. She was found dead and homeless in the subway. She lived in Queens on Utopia Pkwy. She was homeless and alone when she died in the bowels of a Long Island City metro station.
