Harvey weinstein intersex genitals Hayley Gripp vagina, released in prison
In retaliation, a new Harvey Weinstein accuser says she bloodied his genitals.
According to an explosive new lawsuit, a woman has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of “attempted rape” inside a Beverly Hills hotel room — and says she bloodied his genitals as she desperately fought him off.
Hayley Gripp reports the sex-fiend creator forced himself on her in a suite at the Beverly Hilton in November 2012 when she was just 19 years old, according to a lawsuit filed Friday in California Superior Court in Los Angeles.
For years, the young actress kept the violent incident hidden from the public eye — and said she had no idea the "big producer" who attacked her was Weinstein until she saw him on the news in 2017.
According to her lawyer, Eric Lerner, Gripp was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of the incident. Weinstein was unable to seek justice until now because of the time it took to learn her identity and realize the injuries she suffered as a result of the attack, he said.
“This case is about Ms. Gripp reclaiming her strength, being a survivor rather than a victim, and seeking justice for the sexual crimes she was subjected to. Lerner said, "She has actual, long-term consequences as a result of this." “Those who aided Harvey Weinstein in committing these crimes of sexual harassment and attempted rape against Ms. Gripp must be held accountable for damaging her life.”
Gripp refused to be interviewed, but court records depict a frightening assault and a daring escape.
When an unidentified Weinstein associate approached and engaged her in polite conversation, the then-LA resident was in the hotel lobby, drinking coffee, eating granola bars, and thumbing through the Amanda Quick novel "Seduction." According to court documents, Gripp spoke about her life, her Tourette's disease, and how she'd been doing hair modeling for print media and was hoping for a casting nearby.
The woman immediately invited her to join industry guests in town for the Britannia Awards for a more extensive breakfast. She instructed her to "fuel up" before the "big casting."
The woman suggested that Gripp meet her neighbor, a "major producer," in one of the hotel rooms after breakfast, according to the filing. She suggested that the Hollywood power player might be beneficial to her career and that it was worth skipping the casting. Gripp accepted, although reluctantly.
According to the complaint, the producer identified himself as "Dom" when he entered the suite. A bottle of wine was handed to her by the associate. “It's disrespectful not to take a drink from someone who feeds you and shows you hospitality,” the associate said when Gripp said she wasn't 21.
According to the suit, Gripp drank half a glass before suffering "a brief blackout." According to the papers, she awoke to the frightening sight of Weinstein rubbing up against her as she was pinned to a coffee table.
“You're so soaked and clingy; are you a virgin?” Weinstein reportedly told her to "pretend I'm someone like Zac Efron" and that she should "pretend I'm someone like Zac Efron."
According to the papers, “Ms. Gripp did not know Weinstein's fingers were inside her vagina before she felt the cold metal of his watch against her skin.”
“With one hand, Weinstein put Ms. Gripp down, took Ms. Gripp's vaginal fluids and rubbed it on his exposed genitalia, and masturbated with the other.”
According to court documents, “to avoid his grasp, Ms. Gripp started flailing her arms and, in doing so, smashed her acrylic nail against the coffee table.” “Ms. Gripp then used her sharp broken nail to stab Weinstein in the lower portion of his scrotum.”
The suit claims that when Weinstein let out a silent scream and squeezed her hand, he unintentionally caused her nail to go up and inward, deeper into his scrotum.
Weinstein's infamously deformed genitals may be explained by this story. Jessica Mann testified in a Manhattan courtroom last January that Weinstein's nether regions had "serious scarring," which she saw when he reportedly assaulted her at the Doubletree Hotel in Midtown on March 18, 2013. Weinstein had been deformed by "Fournier's gangrene," a bacterial infection contracted by cuts or scratches in the genitals, it was later revealed.
Gripp fled the room as a bleeding Weinstein went for a towel, but was stopped outside by the same woman who had carried her and had appeared to be standing guard the whole time, according to the lawsuit.
“Because of your Tourette syndrome, anything that happened in there was your fault. “You're insane,” the woman exclaimed. According to the lawsuit, she warned Gripp that if she told someone about what happened, “she would end up in a mental hospital.”
Gripp did not testify at Weinstein's trial and did not share in a $17 million settlement with dozens of his more than 100 accusers. She didn't report the suspected crime to the cops at the time, either.
According to Christa Riggins, Gripp's second counsel, "Ms. Gripp did not report this crime to police for the same reason that almost 80% of rapes and sexual attacks go unreported." “At this time, Ms. Gripp has no intention to file criminal charges because Harvey Weinstein has been sentenced to life in prison and is no longer free to assault another woman. Hayley, on the other hand, would completely cooperate with the Los Angeles Police Department or any other investigating or prosecuting agency in the case of Harvey Weinstein.”
Gripp, a licensed advocate for traumatized and special-needs children, is now seeking a jury trial and undisclosed damages.
“She has the right to get her case heard by a jury of her peers. “Almost all of these trials are decided by juries,” Lerner said.
According to her lawyers, Gripp took and passed a polygraph examination in New York City in March before filing the case, and the findings were given to The Post.
Weinstein was accused of rape and criminal sexual acts in New York City in February 2020 and is currently completing a 23-year term at the Wende Correctional Facility, a maximum-security prison in Erie County.
“Mr. Weinstein categorically denies the claims made against him in the complaint that has emerged from nowhere, and plans to aggressively defend himself against the lawsuit,” said Imran H. Ansari, an attorney for the former producer.
