An ex-convict from Brooklyn has been charged with murdering a 15-year-old teen over a parking dispute.

A Brooklyn ex-con charged with stabbing to death a 15-year-old teenage boy over a parking dispute, police said Saturday.

Elvird Joseph, 48, was charged with manslaughter and weapon possession in the death of Tory Lovick on Thursday in Bedford-Stuyvesant after the teen refused to move his double-parked car.

Around 2:30 p.m., Joseph stabbed Lovick in the chest during a fight on Decatur St. near Marcus Garvey Blvd. The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital by EMS, but he was unable to be saved.

On Friday, Lovick's older brother told the Daily News, "He was a good kid." “He was a basketball player. He's a witty youngster. He's a decent young man. He is devoted to his family.”

“Too young,” the bereaved sibling explained, declining to give his full name.

The stabbing on Thursday occurred approximately two miles from where Joseph and two other men were arrested in 1998 for murdering a 20-year-old man outside a New Years party on Decatur St., cops said.

In the early hours of Jan. 1, Joseph was arguing with victim Jeffrey Cradle when the fight spilled outside and Joseph and his accomplices opened fire on Cradle.

Joseph was initially charged with murder but was acquitted after being found guilty of attempted criminal possession of a weapon. He served slightly more than two years in prison before being released on parole.

He has been arrested eight additional times over the last two decades, mostly for drug possession, cops said.

Joseph, who requires dialysis due to a medical condition, was transported to Woodhull Hospital, where he remained Saturday awaiting his arraignment.
