WA bikie admits slain boss Nick Martin's bashing insurgent.

A Perth biker with a tattoo-laden face confessed in court that, before he was shot dead, he rummed down the Rebels leader Nick Martin.

After he confessed that he now shook slain Rebels boss Nick Martin, a Perth bikie was fined.

Dayne Brajkovich, 41, was appeared before the Court of Magisters of Perth on Thursday for public battle causing fear of the attack on 24 November in The Sandbar in Scarborough.

The incident took place just weeks before Martin was killed in Kwinana last Saturday night by a suspected sniper before horrible children.

Nobody has yet been prosecuted by the police for the death of Martin, and Brajkovitsch is not suggested by NCA Newswire.

Attorney Patrick Gardner told Brajkovich that his client decided to avoid public battle in the village of Scarborough that day.

Mr Gardner said, "My customer felt threatened."

"Fighting or flight was going on and sadly he chose to fight."

No one has been critically wounded, Mr Gardner said.

CCTV video showed the hands of the two bikes shook and a brief verbal exchange took place on The Sandbar before Brajkovich punched Martin over and over again.

He has a full face tattoo and pled guilty and has been fined $800 plus a short $130.50 fee. Brajkowich is a professional Muay Thai warrior.

Following fears of retaliation among rival gangs, heavy police presence was present in court.

Since Martin's murder, police have also been on high alert with fears of a bikie battle.

Every day this week, officers carried out searches.

Martin's widow Amanda was also identified for a committal statement on a separate ransom charge to appear in court on Thursday.

She had not been allowed to appear before the judge, and until 29 January the matter was postponed.

Martin had been threatened with allegations, but next year they are likely to end.

Information leading to the arrest of the person in charge of the murder of Martin would be awarded up to 1 million.
