Anna Beatrix Pereira Alves, known as "Anna Polly," was found lifeless in the courtyard of the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguacu on January 23. The 27-year-old Brazilian model’s fatal fall reportedly happened after an intense sex scene sent her tumbling over the edge. Disturbing images from the scene show investigators standing over her body, draped with a white sheet.

At the time of her death, Alves was allegedly filming a wild encounter with two men, but their stories didn’t match up when questioned by authorities. After being interrogated, the men were let go, though investigators are not ruling out foul play. The police are still searching for answers.

Heartbroken and furious, Alves’ boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, who wasn’t involved in the scene, took to social media to express his sorrow. He said the pain was only intensifying as time passed and vowed that if someone was to blame, they would pay.

An autopsy has been ordered to uncover the cause of death, and investigators are combing through CCTV footage. Authorities are keeping all options open, from a tragic accident to something more sinister.
